By Car
Lam Rim is within easy reach from main motorway routes.
Location:
Lam Rim Buddhist Centre, Pentwyn Manor, Penrhos, Raglan Monmouthshire. NP15 2LE
Directions to the Centre:
a) From the A449 travelling from either Monmouth or Newport directions, take the A40 exit towards Abergavenny.
Get in the right hand lane to cross over the dual carriageway signed towards Mitchel Troy and Dingestow.
b) From Abergavenny take the A40 towards Raglan / Monmouth. Take the slip road off towards Mitchel Troy and Dingestow.
Then for a or b :
Almost immediately take the left fork towards Tregare.
At the T Junction turn left where there is sign for Lam Rim (small white post).
Continue for just under a mile where you should see a sign for Lam Rim (small white post) directing to turn right.
Continue again for just under a mile where you should see the third sign for Lam Rim (small white post) directing to turn right.
Continue for a short distance, past the church and Lam Rim is on the left (you will see the yellow and red notice board at the gate entrance).

By Train & Bus
The nearest train station is Abergavenny (10.5 miles / 20 mins drive). Abergavenny station | Train Times | Transport for Wales (tfw.wales)
Our nearest main village served by a local bus is Raglan (4 miles / 10 mins drive).
Upon advance request, and when possible, we are happy to collect visitors from Raglan or otherwise you may organise a taxi to bring you to the Centre. We may not be able to provide lifts during busy event periods.
From Abergavenny to Raglan there are two bus route options meaning buses are quite frequent. Abergavenny bus station is 12 mins walk from Abergavenny railway station. Abergavenny bus station to Abergavenny train station - Google Maps
