If you have ever wanted to learn what the Buddha taught or wish to refresh your knowledge, then join us onsite for a day course on an Introduction to Buddhism.

About the Teacher
Paul Seagrave is classically trained in the Tibetan Buddhist Gelugpa tradition, the lineage of the 14th Dalai Lama. He graduated from Nalanda Monastery in the summer of 2022 having completed the five year residential programme under the guidance of Geshe Jamphel Gyaltsen and Geshe Graham Woodhouse (Tenzin Losel) concluding ten years of study and over a year of solitary retreat.
Paul is also hosting a 2nd class the following day, Sunday 21st May, Introduction to Cultivating Concentration.
Who should attend?
This course is good for beginners and intermediate level or people wanting to re-familiarise themselves with this practice.
Access to Teachings
Teachings will be delivered onsite at Lam Rim Buddhist Centre, Pentwyn Manor, Penrhos, Raglan, Usk, Wales, NP15 2LE.
Since we are gradually re-opening the centre, no food will be available onsite so please do bring your own lunch.
Hot drinks and refreshments will be available.

We are firmly convinced that donations (either in work or financially) must only be given in accordance with ability and no-one should ever feel unable to attend teachings due to financial difficulty. Buddhist teachings are traditionally given freely, however the Centre does rely entirely on voluntary support. Donations for these teachings will be gratefully received and be used to continue the necessary maintenance work and upgrades to the Centre so that it can continue to re-open and welcome visitors. Please explore suggested donations as listed below.
