from £0.00

  • Time: 6:30pm-7:45pm

  • Duration: 1hr 15min

  • Dates: Wednesdays 8th,15th, 22nd May 2024

  • Format: Three Sessions, Live Online

Overview

The perfections or “paramitas” are the core of our bodhisattva practice. Once we develop the altruistic intention to attain enlightenment to benefit all living creatures without exception in the greatest possible way, it will be our generosity, ethical behaviour, forbearance, joyous effort, ability to concentrate and wisdom, which will bring us to that goal. Together we will explore what they are, what makes them perfect and how we can start and continue to cultivate them. Each session will be complemented with guided meditation.

"It is well to remember that the entire population of the universe, with one trifling exception, is composed of others." Andrew J. Holmes

Key Topics

  • What are the 6 perfections?

  • Why are they important to the path?

  • Exploring Generosity, Ethics, Forbearance, Joyous Effort, Concentration & Wisdom

  • How can they help our daily life?
